For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds once hair is washed, dyed, cut, bleached, or installed. Premium hair cannot be resold after use.
Unused, unopened hair in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are only issued if we sent the wrong item or a defective batch.
If the courier damages your parcel, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and item. We'll file a claim and send a replacement.
Hair colour may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor differences. We don't offer refunds for colour mismatch. Please ask for a video swatch before you buy to avoid this.
Made-to-order wigs, custom colours, and glueless units are non-refundable. All sales are final since they're made just for you.
